The exhibition showcases the work of 27 students working in a broad context from jewellery, design and product to objects and concept drove art jewellery. MAKEWAY is made up of a diverse and international group of students, for whom individual cultural identity plays an inherent role in creative work and is a focus issue in this year’s exhibition.

MAKEWAY will take the visitor on a visual journey, expect to see: innovative use of unusual materials, traditional skills with new technologies, challenging concepts, and work that is humorous, expresses sensuality and plays on complex cultural sensibilities.
